We often start by asking a number of questions regarding how you feel, or what you feel the goals are for your session. This is helpful for both massage and skincare appointments. In the case of a therapeutic massage, your answers will help us better address some of the underlying causes for your concerns. Example behaviors and bad habits so many of us have, (like looking downward at a mobile device or hunching over a desk); work-related causes (such as heavy lifting); or possibly sustaining an old or new physical injury (from a fall or automobile accident).
