The business of Mountain Aloha Massage was established in 2002 by owner, massage therapist, Lauren Payne. Since the beginning of her training in Hawaii, Lauren’s intention for each massage session is to provide an amazing opportunity for healing and empowerment. Each session is a completely customized experience! Over the years, she has developed a unique style of integrative bodywork. Each client’s breath and their unique rhythm, guide each session to individualize pressure needs while affecting all levels within mind, body and spirit.
